Apprentice Guidelines

  Apprentice Guidelines:

It is up to decision of the NSSC to decide upon discussion of the High Caste, if any

refused applicant may be trained as an apprentice by the NSSC. The High Caste has the

right to deny any failed applicant the right as an apprentice.

Any person that falls into the apprenticeship program will only have the dice of only have the dice of 2d20 for female slavers apprentice 2D21 for male slaver apprentice, until they are able to pass the application after the extensive training required. The apprentice will not give any oath to the NSSC while under training. They will not

do any field work, CMs, etc., until they have proven they have indeed the

understanding and education required, and the High Caste agrees to allow the

apprentice the ability to perform such work. The training program will be done on both lessons offered by the slavers, and reading upon sites and/or books, as it will not be the slavers sole responsibility to teach every single detail and spoon feed all knowledge. It is upon the apprentice desire to seek knowledge through reading, greatly encouraged, as growing education is never a flaw.

  Training Program of Apprenticeship:

The first part of training will be done by at least one of the registered female slavers.

If the apprentice has any slave(s), observation made by the slaver of how well the apprentice

thus far has trained will be made, so that an assessment of where to start the training on the

apprentice should begin. If there is no slave(s) that belong to the apprentice, then one from

the NSSC will be provided for the apprentice to use to display what knowledge they have at the current time. In this stage, assessment will be made on how well positions and serves are demonstrated. In the event of a NSSC slave is to be used, to see how well the apprentice is able

to determine if indeed the positions and serves are properly fulfilled by the NSSC slave. Once this basic knowledge is learned, training the will progress with the female slaver on the issues of boarding of the slaves, and buying/selling of slaves,

Once all requirements of training on the Low Council's part is fulfilled, then the apprentice, if male, will then be turned over to at least one registered male slaver to learn proper procedure of field work, CMs, RMs, including when or when not to collar, the NSSC guidelines and by laws. As well as any other information they wish to offer to the apprentice.

All training sessions will be logged by all parties involved. This is for the fact if the High Caste decides to watch the progress of the apprentice, and if any complaints on any parties are made, the High Caste can be review the problem.

Once all apprenticeship training is completed, it is then, that the apprentice may once again, reapply for registration status to the NSSC.

Training is a tedious task for all parties considered, so, it is asked, that during training sessions that as much undivided attention is given. If a scheduled session finds that you are unable to give full attention, or other unforeseen event occurs, it is better to reschedule, than half be there.

This is for both the slaver and apprentice and/or slave to practice out of respect to all.
